The charged price is the checkout price unless there is a clear error.

Some products are made and shipped by specialized third-party production suppliers, such as Qikink. Shipping times may vary depending on the product and supplier.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may happen due to courier issues, weather, customs, or address problems.

Undeliverable or returned parcels will follow our supplier and store policy guidelines.

✦ 6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because of the nature of print-on-demand behavior, returns must be handled carefully. Damaged, defective, or misprinted items can be reported within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, the customer must provide clear photos or videos along with packaging proof.

Wrong-size or change-of-mind returns may not qualify for a refund.

Replacement or refund decisions will follow supplier conditions (such as Qikink-style handling) and store policy.
