1. Shipping

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated Delivery Timelines: Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location and the product origin.

Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may happen due to courier issues, severe weather, or customs processing. Please note that shipping times vary by product.

2. Returns

Because of the custom nature of our fashion pieces, many of our made-to-order and print-on-demand items are final sale unless they are damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, you must report it to us within 7 days of delivery. We require clear photo or video proof of the issue along with the original packaging.

3. Refunds

Once a return is approved and received, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. We must inspect the item before issuing a refund or replacement. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the review and refund process to reflect on your statement.

4. Replacements

Damaged or defective items may qualify for a free replacement rather than a refund. Please contact support within 7 days of delivery to initiate a replacement request.

To bring you premium quality and exclusive designs, some items are fulfilled by trusted production suppliers such as Qikink. As a result, shipping speeds and return authorizations may follow supplier processing rules. We stand behind our quality and will always assist you in resolving any issues.
