Ordering

Simply browse our collections, select your size, and click 'Add to Cart'. When you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the secure payment instructions.
Because our orders process quickly to ensure fast delivery, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. If you need to modify an address or size, contact us immediately at slynsupport@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
You will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and receipt immediately after a successful checkout.

Shipping

Standard processing takes 2-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 5-10 business days depending on your location and the specific product.
Yes. As soon as your order ships from our facilities or our fulfillment partners, you will receive an email with your tracking link.
Delays can occasionally happen due to courier backups, customs clearance, or high demand during new drops. Check your tracking link for the latest updates, or reach out to us if it has been significantly delayed.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the exclusive nature of our drops and use of print-on-demand partners (like Qikink), many items are final sale. However, we always stand by our quality. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof and we will arrange a replacement.
We offer free replacements for defective items. Refunds to the original payment method are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to our store policy.

Products & Sizing

We provide a detailed sizing chart on every product page. We recommend measuring a similar garment you own and comparing it against our dimensions.
Yes, unless otherwise noted in the product description. For example, our 'Oversized Tees' are intentionally cut larger for a streetwear fit, so you can order your normal size for that baggy look.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure digital wallets via our Shopify checkout.
Absolutely. Our entire checkout process is encrypted and powered by Shopify's industry-leading secure payment gateway. We never store your full card details.
